If you're planning to have an inspection done on your property, then please fill out our inspection agreement.

Instructions:

1. Click on the link below
2. Click on File > Save As, and save the document on your computer.
3. Open the document and fill it out, then email it to AccHomeInsp@stny.rr.com as an attachment.
4. Or print it out, fill it out, scan it in and then send it as an attachment or fax it to: 607-785-0422.
